As a Data Analyst on our team, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver comprehensive reports that highlight trends, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, clean, and validate datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data and manage database structures efficiently.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of historical data to identify patterns, correlations, and predictive trends for business forecasting.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Present findings and insights to management and non-technical teams in a way that is easily understood.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating basis.
