Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy for weekend reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL & Python: Write complex SQL queries and use Python scripts to automate data processes and generate weekly performance reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Reporting: Compile and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and tools like Excel and Tableau/PowerBI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday or Friday/Saturday).
