We are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. This is a critical role requiring expertise in data interpretation and reporting. Due to high demand, we are hiring immediately for a weekend shift schedule. We also offer relocation assistance for candidates willing to relocate to the Houston area.
As a Data Analyst on our team, you will be the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will ensure our data infrastructure is robust, our reporting is accurate, and our insights are actionable.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Design and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using SQL and visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Perform regular data audits and clean data pipelines to support weekend reporting cycles.
- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical team members effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (e.g., Saturday/Sunday or Friday-Monday).
