Responsibilities
- Perform Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- SQL Querying: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve data from various databases and data warehouses.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor data integrity and accuracy, implementing data validation procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management and technical teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Tools: Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
