Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel techniques
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Develop automated data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and data-driven recommendations
- Monitor data integrity and implement data governance best practices
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects to address immediate business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related role
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a weekend shift environment
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
