Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business strategy.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot data discrepancies and improve data quality.
- Maintain and update our SQL databases and scripts to ensure data integrity.
- Forecast future performance based on historical weekend data and seasonal trends.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
