As a member of our analytics team, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, optimize business processes, and deliver high-impact visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Reporting & Analysis: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources to support comprehensive weekend reporting cycles and generate actionable insights.
- Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all data sources through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical data specifications and analytical models.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation for data pipelines, reports, and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Problem Solving: Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the weekend operational framework.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a fast-paced or technical environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases; strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a strong plus.
- Schedule: Must be available to work a weekend shift (Saturday & Sunday) as part of a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
