Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL pipelines specifically optimized for weekend reporting cycles.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify emerging trends, anomalies, and operational inefficiencies.
- Create interactive, high-performance dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate key findings to executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to define data requirements, metrics, and KPIs.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Document data models, analytical processes, and technical specifications for team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a high-volume tech or fintech environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for advanced data extraction, manipulation, and querying.
- Strong experience with Python or R for data scripting and statistical modeling.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and effectively during weekend shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
