Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for weekly reporting cycles.
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot data issues and optimize data pipelines.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to automate data extraction and reporting processes.
- Assist in the execution of A/B testing and market research analysis.
- Document data processes and analytical methodologies for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively during weekend shifts with high reliability.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
