Key Responsibilities:
- Transform Raw Data: Extract, clean, and process large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for weekend reporting cycles.
- Visualize Insights: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Drive Decision Making: Analyze trends and patterns to provide actionable recommendations that improve business performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate Strategically: Partner with the core weekday team to align weekend reporting goals with broader organizational objectives.
- Maintain Data Governance: Ensure all data processes adhere to company security protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Schedule: Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday and Sunday).
