We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and interpreting complex data, providing actionable insights to drive business growth. As a key member of our analytics team, you will bridge the gap between data and strategy, ensuring our stakeholders have the information they need to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries, joins, stored procedures).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
