As a key member of our analytics team, you'll work Saturdays and Sundays in our state-of-the-art Washington DC facility, processing critical data streams and generating reports that influence strategic decisions. Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Support weekend data operations including ETL processes and quality assurance
- Generate performance reports and predictive analytics for government clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise documentation
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Excel advanced functions and pivot tables
- Familiarity with government contracting data requirements preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
