Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and Excel
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Monitor weekend data pipelines and report system performance anomalies to engineering teams
- Prepare weekly summary reports highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from leadership during weekend operational hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Python skills with experience in Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
