- Generate weekly performance reports highlighting key metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot inconsistencies in weekend reporting
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects for operational improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with large datasets and database management systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics preferred
