Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, highlighting trends and anomalies to support executive decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate complex data sets into actionable business recommendations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous data validation checks and optimize SQL queries for better performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a rotating full-time schedule.
