Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical methods
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Generate weekly performance reports and KPI tracking for weekend operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven decision-making
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects for business optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and communicate complex insights clearly
- Weekend availability required (Saturday-Sunday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
