Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable reports
- Monitor data quality and implement robust data validation frameworks
- Support A/B testing initiatives and provide insights for product optimization
- Document analytical processes and maintain data dictionaries for team scalability
- Present findings to senior leadership using compelling data storytelling techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proficiency in SQL and Python
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Preferred: Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) or machine learning frameworks
