We're urgently seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our remote-first team for weekend shifts in San Francisco, CA. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a significant impact through data-driven insights. You'll transform raw data into actionable intelligence for our Fortune 500 clients in the tech and finance sectors.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to improve operational efficiency
- Present findings to senior leadership through compelling visual narratives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple database systems

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis and A/B testing experience
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
