Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools to identify business trends
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide weekly insights via automated reports
- Collaborate with weekend operations team to troubleshoot data inconsistencies
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to leadership through concise executive summaries
- Support ad-hoc data requests with rapid turnarounds
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- Familiarity with AWS or cloud data platforms preferred
