Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Present findings to leadership teams with actionable recommendations
- Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical workflows
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects to address urgent business questions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Python/R for data manipulation preferred
