Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable business insights
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Present findings to leadership with clear data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data quality through rigorous validation and documentation processes
- Optimize ETL pipelines for weekend batch processing workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VBA and pivot table mastery
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Proven ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
- Strong time management skills for weekend shift requirements
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
