Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity for weekend reporting cycles.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on weekend operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Create comprehensive weekly and monthly business reports for stakeholders, translating technical findings into actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to optimize campaign performance based on historical weekend data.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a high-volume operational environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a shift-based or weekend operational role is a plus.
