Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
- Create and maintain automated reports using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Monitor data quality and implement validation protocols across weekend operations
- Present findings through clear dashboards and executive summaries
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests during weekend shifts
- Document analytical processes and maintain data dictionaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
