Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL and Python
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Generate weekly performance reports for executive stakeholders
- Support weekend data pipeline monitoring and quality assurance
- Collaborate with engineering teams on data optimization projects
- Present findings to leadership during Monday morning handoff meetings
- Maintain data integrity across multiple database systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with weekend/holiday shift work preferred
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
