Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for clinical operations and patient flow optimization
- Generate weekly performance reports for department heads and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data quality improvements
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot inconsistencies in ETL processes
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Experience working with healthcare datasets (HIPAA compliance preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
