Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and develop dynamic data visualization dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from our relational databases.
- Collaborate with the product and operations teams to identify data gaps and propose solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly analytical reports for executive leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting channels.
- Maintain and update data models and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the weekend shift.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
