In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our data integrity pipelines, generating critical reports, and uncovering insights that help our engineering and product teams optimize performance. This position offers the unique opportunity to work during the weekend when our systems are less busy, allowing for deep analytical work without interruption.

Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets using SQL and Python to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy in all reporting.
- Collaborate with product managers to define metrics and analytical frameworks for new features.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Generate automated weekly reports for executive stakeholders and present findings during weekly syncs.
- Maintain documentation for data models and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, with a preference for candidates available for weekend shifts.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong command of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during off-hours.
