Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities
- Create and maintain automated reports/dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in weekend reporting cycles
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects with clear documentation and visualizations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and alert stakeholders to critical changes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data collection and processing workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and Python (Pandas/Numpy)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while maintaining high productivity
