Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity for weekend reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Automate weekly and monthly reporting workflows to increase team efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business insights.
- Monitor data quality metrics and troubleshoot data discrepancies immediately upon detection.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
