Responsibilities
- Collect and Process Data: Gather and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, correlations, and patterns within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations that translate technical data into business insights for executive leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and provide support.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strongly preferred), Python, or R.
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excel: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
