Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support data-driven decision making
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic initiatives and solve urgent business queries
- Optimize data collection methods and improve data quality across platforms
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale databases
- Advanced skills in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and programming languages (Python/R)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
