- Visual Storytelling: Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize data trends for executive stakeholders.
- Performance Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports that drive strategic business planning.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data processes and recommend solutions to improve data quality and accessibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for querying databases; proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Expertise in creating visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar BI tools.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
