- Develop Visualizations: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Drive Decision Making: Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and management.
- Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data cleansing and ETL processes.
- Project Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Forecasting: Utilize historical data to build predictive models and assist in strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R. Experience with Tableau or Power BI is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with cloud data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift).
