Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleansing: Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) and generate clear, executive-level reports to visualize trends and performance metrics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
- SQL & Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries to extract data from various sources and maintain database documentation.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R, and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of delivering high-quality insights.
