Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (MS preferred)
