Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to identify trends and patterns in business performance.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and extract actionable insights.
- Document data processes and maintain data integrity across all platforms.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries and stored procedures).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights effectively.
