Responsibilities

- Develop Dashboards & Visualizations: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Data Cleaning & Management: Ensure data integrity by cleaning, validating, and maintaining our databases and reporting systems.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and predictive models to support strategic planning and budgeting processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the technology or financial sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and strong skills in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Expert level experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, non-technical business recommendations.
