Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and correlations within the data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical models.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Present complex data insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Identify process improvement opportunities based on data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between data and business strategy.
