Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Perform A/B testing analysis to guide product roadmaps and feature enhancements.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech industry.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
