Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, cleanse, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within business data.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Database Management: Utilize SQL to query databases and extract necessary information for ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excel: Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data to executives and team members.
