Responsibilities

- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational bottlenecks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and build predictive models for forecasting
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives and story-driven reports
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Redshift)
- Strong statistical modeling background with A/B testing methodologies
