Responsibilities
- Data Management: Assist in the collection, cleaning, and formatting of large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Reporting: Develop clear, concise reports and visual dashboards (using tools like Excel or Tableau) to present findings to the management team.
- Research Support: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Database Maintenance: Help maintain and update our internal databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts and department heads to understand data needs and deliver timely solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Identify errors or discrepancies in data and propose solutions to improve data quality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables) and Google Sheets.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to spot trends or anomalies in data.
