We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will support our senior analysts in gathering, processing, and analyzing data to drive business decisions. If you have a knack for numbers and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the development of reports and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to understand data requirements.
- Maintain data documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master analytical tools and techniques.
- Present findings and data summaries to non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
- Willingness to learn SQL and Python basics (training provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for logical thinking and problem-solving.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
