Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data quality.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define metrics and solve complex business problems.
- A/B Testing: Support experimental design and analysis to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
