We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Tampa, Florida. This is a full-time opportunity with Relocation Assistance available for the right candidate. You will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do:
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data from various sources to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools.
- Perform complex data analysis and modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
