Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize complex data trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making and forecast trends.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- SQL Optimization: Write efficient SQL queries and optimize database structures to improve reporting speed.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define metrics and track campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for data accuracy.
