The Role
You will be the bridge between complex data and business strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights that drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business requirements and translate them into data models and queries.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and integration to ensure high-quality data integrity for reporting.
- Generate comprehensive weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for executive leadership.
- Utilize SQL and Python to extract data from various databases and perform statistical analysis.
- Present findings and insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
