Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify business trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to present insights to executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create automated reporting pipelines to ensure real-time data availability for stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize business processes
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through compelling visual storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
