Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Analyze customer behavior patterns to identify growth opportunities and retention strategies
- Create predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast market trends
- Partner with product teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels and user experience
- Present complex data narratives to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
