Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load massive datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Visualization: Design compelling, interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports that drive actionable insights for the executive leadership team.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and improve system architecture.
- Automation: Develop Python and SQL scripts to automate routine data tasks, increasing team productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Tools: Advanced experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis within a remote or hybrid tech environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
